1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of OurCrib, an app published by Grabham Digital. By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use OurCrib. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Licence to Use the App

Grabham Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use OurCrib on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Households and Shared Content

OurCrib lets you create or join households and share information with other members. You are responsible for who you invite to your household and for the content you contribute. Information you add to a household may be visible to all members of that household. Do not add content you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OurCrib only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

OurCrib is for organising a genuine shared household. It is not a financial, banking or money-transfer service — balances and 'who owes what' are records for your convenience only, and any actual payments between housemates happen outside the app.

• Do not use the app to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
• Do not misuse the app in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

6. User Content

Content you create in OurCrib remains yours. By adding content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it for the purpose of operating the app and syncing it to your household. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you add, and for keeping your own records of anything important.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

OurCrib's core features are free. If paid plans are offered in the future, pricing and terms will be shown clearly in the app before purchase, and any subscriptions will be processed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using OurCrib and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service. We will give reasonable notice where practical.

9. Intellectual Property

OurCrib, including its design, code, branding and content we provide, is owned by Grabham Digital and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law. Content you create within the app remains yours.

10. Disclaimer

OurCrib is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grabham Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of OurCrib. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the app or paying the cost of re-supply.

12. Apple App Store

OurCrib is distributed through the Apple App Store. These terms are between you and Grabham Digital, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent these terms provide a licence to use the app, that licence is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal requirements, or claims arising under consumer-protection law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected within the app or on this website. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms of Use.
